The City of Everett is going through a major revitalization. To underscore this, Favermann Design developed a best practices guidelines to storefront signs and façade improvements for city’s commercial districts. Working with the Community Development Director, the City Attorney and the Building Commissioner, our staff integrated the guidelines into the city of Everett’s Building Code.
