Our Workshops & Professional Development Strategies:
We work with clients and stakeholders to create an equitable process by design. In turn, we utilize creative public engagement strategies to reach historically under-represented groups and to inspire existing organizational hierarchies to follow equitable practices. We offer cultural efficacy workshops for planners, policymakers, and civic organizations. Our firm trains executive-level staff, managers, and employees to program and plan socially-sensitive project implementation and sustainable procedures.
